There are water rights that HOA leases for the properties and a new build would be included in those. There is enough. The HOA doesn't have any connection fees. It would be handled by each utility when building. Water- rights with the HOA Electric- would work with Rocky Mountain Power and they would charge when the build happens. SEWER- Septic tank installed with a new build. HOA doesn't allow for short term rentals. There are housing structures on both sides of the lot with electricity. No water rights and no utilities stubbed come with the lot. Approvals from Salt Lake County for a building permit will need to be done. Buyer to verify all information.
